Refund policy

We hope you love every piece you receive, but in case something doesn’t work out, we’ve made the return and exchange process quick and easy. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to return the item from the day it was delivered. If you'd like to make a return, please reach out to support@wearnuvola.com to receive a free return label (free return labels only for US orders).


To start a return, you can contact us at support@wearnuvola.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*ITEMS CAN BE DENIED FOR RETURN IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY: 

  • Washed and/or worn
  • Deodorant marks
  • Stains of any kind
  • Excessive wrinkling
  • Detached size/wash & care tags (not hang tags)
  • Animal/human hair
  • Lingering odor, such as smoke, cologne, or detergent 
  • Any visible wear or damage
  • Damage from external forces

*It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address.

*Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed provided the item is not damaged or defective. Detailed instructions will be provided upon approval of an exchange or return request.

 

Refunds
Refunds are available if the return is made within the 60-day return period. Cancellation requests will not be accepted if done 24 hours after the order has been placed. If your item has already entered processing, you can return it for an exchange, store credit or refund.
